This page is available to Crane Retail users even when they cannot sign in. Submit the information associated with your account so KISHAN IT SOLUTIONS LTD can verify and process your request.

What happens next: We will verify that you own the account or are authorized by the business. We aim to begin verification within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days.

Data that may be deleted

Depending on your authority and request, deletion may cover your profile, credentials, device sessions, and associated business records. A request to delete an entire business must be submitted or approved by its business administrator.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited payment, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, audit, backup, or legal records where required by law or a legitimate compliance obligation. Retained records are restricted from ordinary product use and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
